Prize awarded to illimity for being the best banking startup

illimity scooped the top award for best startup in the banking industry in 2018 at the Milano Finanza Global Awards because of its ability to raise capital - even on international markets - and for its unprecedented focus on innovation.

The Guido Carli prize was collected by Francesco Mele, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Central Function at illimity, at the 17th Awards ceremony held at Palazzo Parigi.

SPAXS became the largest SPAC in Europe in 2018 and it took home this award for raising €600 million on international markets to create a banking startup built on a specialised, innovative business model.

The prize was collected by Silvia Benzi, Head of Strategic Planning and Investor Relations at illimity, during the awards ceremony held in London.
